In 2017, state leadership developed the Online Virginia Network to help Virginians complete their degrees and boost their careers, increasing competition in the global job market. The network’s mission is to expand access to a range of affordable and quality online degree programs from George Mason University, Old Dominion University, and the Virginia Community College System.
